The Garnett Hotel - Blackpool

Good hotel with free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar area. The staff even returned my forgotten earphones during my first stay, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend it for comfort!

Big and clean hotel, location was perfect right by Blackpool, centre local pubs, and the train station. The rooms were bright, with a work desk, coffee and tea making facilities, and a TV. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, as were the pillows.

Hosts Alan and Dean. Our small double room was clean and had a tv, electric kettle, and cookies. The breakfast was fantastic with fresh ingredients. The shared bathroom was well-maintained. Great location close to attractions like the beach and the train station, so easy to explore Blackpool.

The shower had solid water pressure, a welcome surprise. The shared shower room was decent enough, and my room came equipped with a functional heating system, providing warmth during the chilly nights.

I had to hold it the entire time. The hot water was boiling hot, and I wished there had been some sort of temperature control or warning to prevent any unfortunate encounters with scalding water. Plus, the shared bathroom setup could be less convenient if the hotel is fully booked. Honestly, I'm not a fan of the shared facilities, but it wasn't unbearable this time.
